We aim to answer every message within one business day, Monday to Friday. Support questions about a session happening today are read first.

Write in whichever you prefer; the product ships in both.
No phone line, no office visits
We are a small EU-based team and we handle everything by email. It keeps the answers in writing and lets us include links and screenshots.
