Terms of service

By accessing and using YouLinker, you accept and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to them, please do not use the service.

These terms apply to everyone who uses YouLinker: presenters who hold an account and participants who join a session with a PIN, with or without an account.

YouLinker is an interactive presentation and collaboration platform. Presenters create workspaces; participants join them with a 6-digit PIN or QR code; and both use tools such as live polls, quizzes, a collaborative canvas, pages, file sharing, chat and video rooms. We provide the platform and the tools; you provide the content and the collaboration.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Presenters are also responsible for the workspace PIN they share and for the access mode, participant limits and permissions they choose for a workspace.

You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, overburden or impair our servers or networks. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service.

The following activities are prohibited:

• Uploading malicious software or viruses
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or workspaces
• Using the service for illegal activities
• Harassing or threatening other users
• Sharing inappropriate or offensive content
• Violating intellectual property rights
• Spamming or sending unsolicited communications
• Interfering with the operation of the service

Violation of these terms may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without prior notice.

You retain ownership of all content you create or upload to YouLinker. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to host, store and share your content as necessary to provide the service to you and to the people you collaborate with — for example, to show a poll to participants or to serve a page you have published with a share link.

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance for each subscription period through Stripe. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days’ notice to existing subscribers.

You can change or cancel your plan at any time from the Subscription page; changes apply at the end of the current billing period.

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these terms.

The service is provided “as is” without any warranties, expressed or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free or completely secure. Your use of the service is at your own risk.

Linker AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, use, goodwill or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the service.

In no event shall the total liability of Linker AI to you for all damages exceed the amount you paid to Linker AI in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the liability.

These terms are governed by the laws of the country in which Linker AI is established, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.

If you have a dispute with us, please contact us first at support@youlinker.com so that we can try to resolve it informally. Disputes that cannot be resolved this way will be handled in accordance with the applicable law of that country.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by email or through the service. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
