How this page works
It is a real check, not a dashboard of assumptions.
What is checked
When this page is rendered, the server calls the API health endpoint. A healthy answer marks the API and the real-time service operational; anything else, including a timeout, marks them degraded.
How often
The result is cached for up to 60 seconds. Reload after a minute to get a fresh check.
What we do not publish
We do not show uptime percentages or an incident history, because we would rather show nothing than numbers we cannot stand behind. When that changes, it will appear here.
Seeing a problem this page does not show?
A health check cannot see a broken poll or a stuck upload. If something in your session is not working, email support@youlinker.com with the workspace PIN, the time it happened and what you saw. Common questions are answered on the support page.
