Pricing questions
How does billing work?
Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly by card through Stripe (yearly billing gives you two months free). You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time from the Plan & billing page in your dashboard; downgrades apply at the end of the current billing period.
What counts as a participant?
Anyone who joins a workspace during a session — anonymously with the PIN or with an account. The limit applies per workspace, not per month.
Do participants pay anything?
No. Only presenters need a plan. Participants join for free without creating an account.
What happens when I reach a limit?
You keep everything you have created. The app tells you which limit you hit and which plan lifts it; nothing is deleted if you stay on your plan.
Is there education or non-profit pricing?
Yes. Schools, universities and non-profits can contact us for institutional pricing, invoice billing and onboarding.
Which payment methods are accepted?
All major credit and debit cards via Stripe, in EUR. Enterprise customers can pay by invoice.
